I recently saw a study that analyzed social media followings -

And it estimated that less that 1% of active Twitter accounts have more than 10k followers.

While that number seemed a bit low, even to me...it reaffirmed something I've thought for a long time.

The ability to grow a following online is one of the most valuable skills you can cultivate.

Yes, I do believe it's a skill.

Which means even if it's something you're not the best at right now - you can get better at.

It took me YEARS to get my first million followers with my brand Herb.

Yet I've managed to build a following of 1.5M around Founder OS in about 18 months.

And while you probably don't know how awkward I was as a teenager...I hope you'll take my word for it when I say -
